There's an old saying, "You are what you eat!" and it's pretty spot on. Back in 1942, the famous scientist Nikola Tesla said, "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration." Our bodies, nature, Earth, and the universe are all made of energy. Everything around us is a specific kind of energy, including our consciousness and souls.


Before diving deeper, let me set the stage. As souls, or pure consciousness, we regularly inhabit different bodies on different planets in an endless cycle of lives to gain experiences and boost our soul awareness. In each life, our bodies act as energy-based tools to seek various experiences.


Since we're made of energy, our bodies emit and receive energy frequencies. We give off what we truly are, and the universe sends back life scenarios that match those frequencies. The lower the frequencies we emit, the more challenging and violent our life scenarios become. This is how we shape our reality, whether we realize it or not.

So, it's a good idea to emit high frequencies to attract more positive and high-vibration life scenarios.


What influences our body vibe

After years of spiritual exploration and experimentation, I discovered that, surprisingly, the key to navigating life isn't so much about your soul's vibration, but rather your body's frequency or vibration.

The great thing about body vibrations is that you can change them. Even if you've been in a low-vibe phase, surrounded by negative people and events, you don't have to stay there. You have the power to shift things by tweaking your lifestyle a bit.


Here are some simple steps to boost your body's vibration:

  • MeditateFind a meditation practice that clicks with you. It's one of the fastest ways to boost your energy.

  • Diet Add more high-vibration foods to your diet and cut out the low-vibration ones. Eating low-vibration meals can lower your body's energy. The energy level of the food we eat is super important for our health!

  • Exercise – Adopt an exercise routine that is harmonious like stretching for instance, swimming, or classical dance. Also, focus on exercises that absorb higher energetic vibrations from nature and Earth. For instance, tai chi, yoga, pranayama, qigong etc.

  • Connect with Nature Big water bodies like seas and oceans, as well as mountains, usually have a higher vibe. But even if you can't get to those, a walk in the park can do the trick too. Try to spend time in nature around sunrise and sunset if you can.

  • Positive Thoughts Try to limit how much news you watch since it often spreads negativity and fear; that's what most people seem to want. Our world tends to vibe at a lower frequency. Instead, focus on thinking positive thoughts, reading uplifting books, listening to high-vibe music, and hanging out with positive people. Steer clear of gossip and nitpicking.

  • Practice Love and good deeds – Live from your heart and practice love and compassion for everyone. Practice empathy and send blessings to everyone who crosses your path throughout the day. This will improve your own vibe, but also positively impact the lives of many others.


Vibrational Frequency of a Healthy Body

Let's dive into how diet affects our body's vibration. The vibration frequency of the food we eat plays a crucial role in shaping our thoughts, emotions, reactions, behaviors, and overall health.


Our bodies are more than just a collection of chemical and biological components; we're holistic systems that interact with the universe's energy. We're constantly exchanging energy with the universe, and this can be measured. The healthier we are on all levels—not just physically—the higher our frequency will be. The food we consume directly impacts our body's vibration and, consequently, our life.


Everything, including ourselves, is energy vibrating at different frequencies. According to the law of thermodynamics, energy can't be created or destroyed, only transferred or transformed. This means we're always absorbing, transforming, and depleting energy within our vibrational field.

 

We're essentially energy-driven beings. While science often looks at food in terms of vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats, and other nutrients, this view overlooks the synergistic effects of these components and the energy from the Earth and the sun. When we eat, the energy from food is transferred to our bodies and cells through a process called biological transmutation.

 

Eating nutrient-poor, processed food lowers your energetic vibration, making you feel tired and discouraged. Others will sense your low energy, even if they don't understand it, and you'll struggle to attract what you want in life. Over time, this can lead to a heavy energy density around you.


Conversely, choosing balanced, nutrient-rich, fresh, and vibrant foods can supercharge your energy frequency. You'll feel more alive, awake, and connected to the universe, and others will notice your positive energy. You'll naturally attract what you desire, and low energy around you will dissipate. While high-vibration foods might not always taste the best, they'll benefit your health and vitality in the long run.


We all eat based on our beliefs, influenced by family, education, religion, friends, and our environment. To adjust our diet to higher-vibration foods, we first need to shift our limiting subconscious beliefs to higher-vibration ones.

One interesting thing about the vibration chart for food is that it's best to eat locally produced food if you plan to live in a place for a long time. There's a special energy connection between the food grown where you live and your own body's vibe. Eating food from far-off places, like being in the US and eating something from Japan or South Africa, might not be as effective for your body, even if that food has a high vibration.

They don't have much nutritional and energetic value, but it's still better than eating meat. However, this could result in a low-energy meal, which gives you less energy and might cause health issues over time.


A fruit picked straight from the tree is one of the most energy-packed foods you can eat. It's alive, whole, unprocessed, and vibrates at a high frequency.


If you need to cook your food, try lightly steaming it or stir-frying with a bit of vegetable oil. Just avoid overcooking veggies to the point where they change color. Remember, even this cooking method cuts down the potency of veggies by at least half.


On the other hand, it's fine to dehydrate or sun-dry fruits. If sun-dried fruits are soaked in water for 24 hours, they almost match the energy level of freshly picked fruit.


Conclusions

Higher vibration foods will always bring you benefits, and by far overcome one's old habits learned in the infancy of eating heavy meals and red meat that actually bring down your vibration.
